hi, this is dr. hourglass, and welcome toanother video in our channel bootyman. today we are going to discuss the surgical correctionof the round-shaped buttock. in this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know about buttock enhancement procedures. welcome back. in the previous videos, i have discussed the different buttock shapes and the anatomical and surgical implications for surgery. in this video, i am going to show you in a live surgery how to correct a round buttock into a more hourglass shape. let us take a look at this patient; this patienthas the typically round buttock.

it looks like parentheses on both sides. as a matter of fact, this patient had surgery done by another surgeon and fat was incorrectly placed in these areas to create a projected buttock with a round shape from the back view. if you look closely on the front view, she has high hips, which is typically a telltale sign of fat injected in the wrong place. on the side view, she does have a certain amount of projection. on the back view, she has fat on the top of the buttock and a deficiency of fat on the lower part of the buttock, with a round shape on both sides.

let’s go to the operating room and see howthis problem is corrected. to correct this patient's buttock shape, the first thing iwill do is to perform liposuction on the top part of the hips. if you look closely, the patient had a deficiency of the hip area and you can see the indentations and how the hip area sinks in, causing a deficiency in the hip shape. once i perform liposuction at the top of the hip area, i will inject fat in multiple phasses in a more correct anatomical place. this will essentially recreate the hourglass figure from the front profile. once i finish, we will put the patient in the prone position.

in the picture from the bottom of the surgicalbed, her buttocks are very wide, which again is a telltale sign of a round buttock. if we look from the top view, her horizontal dimensions are also extremely wide. first i am going to perform liposuction on the lower back, and this in essence is going to recreatethe sacral triangle of the buttock. liposuction will be performed on the sides in the superior and medial aspect of the buttock. subsequently, i will start injecting fat to provide someprojection and decrease the horizontal nature of her buttock by stretching the skin and borrowing the skin from the sides in a more posterior direction, increasing the projection and decreasing the width of the buttock.

continuing liposuction while i inject fat is important;i have to combine both procedures slowly, where fat is injected for projection and alsoliposuction is performed on the side to recreate the hourglass shape. this is a picture of the patient lying onthe bed from the bottom part of the buttock. notice that the horizontal nature of the buttockhas been decreased significantly. if we show side-by-side pictures from before and afterthe procedure, notice how her horizontal width has been diminished significantly. she has rounder buttocks and a better shape, and her round shape on the side has been completely resolved, recreating a beautiful silhouette
