- that, i don't thinkthat will make big difference. but just, from inside,you know, i'll feel much, much better. - it will help me-- - in terms of physically? - it will help meyes. - do you mind telling mewhat size you are now and what size you are going to?can you share that with us? - it's like a little lessthan an a. - smallest a?

- once i find the muscle,i then go underneath it. i make a pocketunderneath the muscle. and i also will be releasing, you'll see me releasingsome of the lower attachments of that muscle to the ribs,because if you don't do that it's just a small amountdown near the bottom. - right. - you don't do that, those attachments will holdthe implants too far up.

- okay.- and maybe a little bit out. we put the implant in,we fill it, and then we sit her upand we compare sides. - okay, excellent. so we'll let you then go to it,dr. edelstein. and observe quietlyin the background. - the muscle is up top here. and i'm goinginto the space underneath. - and that's wherei want to open it up

and then i thinkthe third component is, i think there's a little bitof an artistic factor to the entire thing,in terms of how it's being doneand what you do. wow. - here it is. so what this lets me do is, it lets me draw some fluids,some saline from there. into the syringeand i can measure

how muchi'm pulling in here. - wow, you can really see the breast [laugh]. - 240. things are very,very tight at first. you know, very firm. and over time, after thesurgery, things soften up, and you know,they don't look so tight. - right, dr. edelstein'sjust finishing up with the second breast, and thenhe was telling me that

he's gonna sit her up so thathe can see the positioning. and so looks like we're gonnabe doing that very soon. so what are you checking for now, dr. edelstein? - i wanna see how things lookwhen she's up. okay, that's it. i try to be pretty, veryaccurate about the stitching, because it's the one thing that somebody'sgonna be able to see. you know, up close.
