and fat is removed from multiple areas including the thighs, abdomen, sides, flanks, and upper and lower back, this does not necessarilymean that the areas where fat was removed will look completely normal. the main goal of the brazilian buttock augmentation is to give you an hourglass shape and enhanced buttocks. many patients who have this procedure as a matter of fact most patients have gained weight, have lax skin, have had babies, etc. so, what does this mean? it means that when fat is harvested, let us say, from the abdomen, how your tummy looks after surgery will depend on the tone of your skin and the excess skin that you have. for example, if you have very good skin tone, you may have a bikini-ready tummy
